Both of us (Brigita & Mel) were born in Eastern Europe. Our home countries are located close to Ukraine, and our families and many of our friends are still living there. We hear from them about all the efforts, how people fill up their cars with food and other necessities and drive to the borders to help those crossing from Ukraine. It is heartbreaking to see what has been happening there these past weeks.
Even though we can't be there to personally drive our cars with supplies, we wanted to help those people who are forced to fight or forced to leave their homes, their country, so we decided to create a candle for them.
We will donate 50% of the price of the lavender-scented Candle for Peace to the Ukrainian Red Cross.

Candles for Peace
- Every candle is handmade, small batch, and as a result potentially differ slightly every time.
- Frosting is a perfectly natural effect of using soy wax so please don’t be surprised if you see white crystal like shapes on the side of the candles.
- As many of our designs are not covered with a lid, it is normal for the scent to decrease over time.
